When Can You Cancel or Change an Order?
To provide our customers with fast production and shipping times, we process orders quickly after they are placed.
Therefore:
- You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- After the 24-hour window, your order may have already entered production or shipment processing, making changes or cancellations no longer possible.
Important Notes
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered production.
- Once your order is marked as “In Production” or “Shipped,” it is no longer eligible for cancellation or changes.
- Always double-check your cart before confirming your order to avoid issues.
How to Cancel an Order at Lynnetee
If you decide to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

- Include the following information in your email:
- Subject line: “Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]“
- Your full name and email address used for the order.
- Reason for the cancellation (optional, but helpful).
- Our team will review your request and confirm if your order is still eligible for cancellation.
Note: Refunds will be processed according to our standard Refund Policy.
How to Change or Modify Your Order
Need to update your shipping address, adjust item sizes, switch colors, or modify quantities?
We allow order changes within 24 hours of purchase. Here’s how:

- Clearly state the changes you need, such as:
- New shipping address.
