At Lynnetee, we understand that plans change – and sometimes, so do purchases. That’s why we offer a simple, transparent, and customer-first Order Cancellation Policy to ensure a smooth experience when shopping for your favorite sweatshirts.

How to Cancel an Order

To help us process your request quickly, please include your Order Number and the email address used at checkout.

Cancellation Time Frame

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 12 hours, the order may have already been processed or sent to production, especially for custom or made-to-order sweatshirts.

If your item has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return. (See our Return Policy for more details.)

Custom & Personalized Items

Please note that customized or personalized sweatshirt orders (such as those with custom text, images, or colors) cannot be canceled after they’ve entered production, as they are made specifically for you.

Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions & Additional Information

Lynnetee reserves the right to refuse or delay a cancellation if the order has already been shipped or is in the final stage of production.

If you made a mistake during checkout (wrong size, address, or design), contact us immediately – we’ll do our best to correct it before processing begins.
